We are excited to announce our black, two tier, cotton skirt preorder! Made from a high-quality Japanese cotton dobby fabric, this skirt is a stylish and dependable wardrobe staple. Trimmed with gorgeous cotton cluny lace and featuring two deep pockets, this skirt is perfect for any and all occasions... and it comes with an adorable mop hat as a bonus!

Waist size- 25"-37" (max size to get over hip=49")
Skirt length- Length from bottom of 2" waistband hem - 24" + 2" of lace
Hem circumference: apx 160" (may vary slightly due to automatic gathering machine)

Size 2: (+10$ due to extra fabric and lace. This style uses )
Waist size- 38"-50" (max size to get over hip=60")
Skirt length- Length from bottom of 2" waistband hem - 24" + 2" of lace
Hem circumference: apx 230" (may vary slightly due to automatic gathering machine)
