FAQ/ Shipping Policy

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Now we do not. There may be times we are in person at a convention or a pop-up shop, however. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out where we will be next. 

What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS and ship priority with tracking in the US unless stated otherwise.  

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally, but due to website limatations pelase contact us for a quote. Typically international shipping is 40 dollars and up.

Where are you located?
The designer is located in Oakland California. As we are a small business of one person all styles are made and designed in our home. 

Can I pick up my order in person?
If you are located in the bay area please email us or contact us on Instagram to arrange a pick-up. 

How often/ when do you ship?
We ship once a week on Friday. If an order needs to go out sooner please contact us.

Where are your products produced?
All designs are made in our apartment by our talented designer. 

Is Romantic Serenade sustainable?
We do our best to make our designs as kind to the planet as possible. That means sourcing vintage trims, finding dead-stock/ leftover fabrics. We also use organic fabrics and natural materials when possible.

Return Policy:
If there is a reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. You have 1 week from the date the items arrives (according to the tracking records) to get in contact with us about a return. You must pay return shipping with tracking. Once the item has arrived back at our warehouse and is in the same condition as it was sent out in we will refund you the purchase price of the item.

Further note:
Our styles are made in a home with pets. The animals are kept away from the fabrics and finished products and everything will ship out clean. However, please note this fact if you are extremely allergic.
