The brand was founded by designer Stephanie in 2022 as a way to express her ideas for the fashion and share her skills with the wider community. Romantic Serenade is based in the SF Bay area in California and is a one-woman team. Each piece is designed and made in our in-house studio by hand.
Our designer has over fifteen years of sewing experience as well over nine years of working in the apparel industry. She also has a BFA from a fashion college and has continued her education through professional and personal endeavors.
