History: The brand was founded by designer Stephanie in 2022 as a way to bring a creative vision to life and share her craftsmanship with a wider community. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Romantic Serenade is a one-woman atelier where every piece is designed, patterned, and handcrafted in-house. Our current focus is on custom idol costumes, while we continue to create made-to-order Lolita fashion and other romantic designs.
Our designer has over fifteen years of sewing experience and more than nine years in the apparel industry. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design and continues to refine her craft through professional experience and personal study.
